Two traffic accidents on the Tsing Ma Bridge forced the closure of all Kowloon-bound lanes on the upper deck for around an hour and a half on Tuesday.

Two people were injured in a pile-up involving three cars at about 11am. A short while later, two taxis collided nearby.

Transport officials said traffic became congested in the area and motorists were urged to use the bridge's lower deck or alternative means of transport.

All lanes were re-opened shortly before 1pm.
