JCB International Co., Ltd., the global branch of JCB Co., Ltd., has announced that JCB Cards will be accepted as a payment method for the App Store and Apple Services starting 11 April 2025. By expanding payment acceptance through JCB Apple payments across Asia, the company aims to enhance digital convenience for its cardmembers.
JCB Cardholders can use their cards to make payments on the App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV app, iTunes, iCloud storage, and more, as JCB Apple payments are now accepted. As the volume of digital transactions continues to rise, JCB aims to offer easy and reliable payment options for its growing customer base across Asia.

JCB is focused on improving the payment experience for cardmembers with innovations that could enhance customer service, usability, and security.
In October 2024, JCB also announced the availability of Google Pay for its customers. Android smartphone users can make purchases using Google Pay wherever JCB Contactless is accepted. JCB is now also accessible on Google Play across Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Hong Kong.
Additionally, JCB has partnered with First Cash Solution in Germany to enable seamless payments in the country, as well as partnered with Taiwan Rakuten to launch its JCB Panda card in the Taiwanese market.
