Woman Dies After Being Hit By Metal Frame

A 63-year-old woman has died after being hit by an iron frame that fell from a building during decoration work. The incident happened on Tuesday afternoon outside 2-6 Sai Shan Road in Tsing Yi.
The woman, who was unconscious, was taken to Yan Chai Hospital with serious head injuries. She was certified dead shortly afterwards.
A 31-year-old man, who had been carrying out the decoration work on an external wall of a flat, has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.
