Gas Explosion Rocks Zhuhai, Injures 3

A gas explosion near a hotel in the Guangdong city of Zhuhai on Friday morning left three people injured.
The blast happened at about 9am in the city's Doumen district near Tenghu Hotel.
Weibo footage showed the hotel lobby as well as some nearby shops bursting into flames, with smoke billowing into the sky.
A number of residential homes and businesses in the vicinity, along with several vehicles, were damaged.
Authorities said at least three people were taken to hospital. One of them suffered burns while the other two suffered minor injuries.
More than 50 firefighters were at the scene to fight the blaze. It was put out in about an hour.
