Xi Inspects Water Management Projects In Guangdong

President Xi Jinping, who visited Guangdong, has learnt about some of the province's water management projects.
During his Monday trip, the president went to Zhanjiang city, where he inspected a mariculture base, an area of mangrove forests, a port, and a water resource allocation project.
Xi learnt about efforts in developing marine aquaculture, strengthening the protection of mangrove forests, and boosting transportation infrastructure connectivity.
He was also briefed on the collaboration between Guangdong and the neighbouring island province of Hainan, and optimising water resource allocation. (Xinhua)
