10 Land Transactions In Q2
The Lands Department today announced it registered nine lease modifications and one land exchange in the Land Registry for the quarter ending June, of which five were technical changes involving no premium.
Six are located on Hong Kong Island, two in Kowloon and two in the New Territories.
Another three lots were granted by private treaty during the period.
Two were granted to the Housing Authority for public housing developments in Diamond Hill and Tung Chung.
The other one was granted to the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority for development of the West Kowloon Cultural District.
The transactions realised a total land premium of $573.62 million.
