CE To Attend Boao Forum
Chief Executive Carrie Lam will visit Hainan from April 18 to 21 to attend the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2021.
Mrs Lam will attend the conference’s opening ceremony and talk with other guests at the sessions that include Invigorate Development through Vibrant City Cluster: The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a Model and the Women Roundtable.
She will also meet the leaders of some ministries, provinces and cities.
Secretary for Innovation & Technology Alfred Sit and Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury Christopher Hui will join the visit.
During Mrs Lam’s absence, Chief Secretary Matthew Cheung will be Acting Chief Executive and the Executive Council will be in recess on April 20.
