Edward Yau To Visit Australia
Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Edward Yau will travel to Sydney on March 24.
Mr Yau will attend the signing ceremony of the Hong Kong-Australia Free Trade Agreement & Investment Agreement in the morning of March 26.
On the same day, he will deliver a speech on the two agreements at a luncheon seminar hosted by the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office, Sydney.
He will also have a meeting with Destination NSW to learn about its tourism development strategy, and call on the Chinese Consul General in Sydney.
Mr Yau will return to Hong Kong in the evening of March 26.
During his absence, Under Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Bernard Chan will be Acting Secretary.
