Peak Site Sold
The tender for a site at the Peak has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $7.25 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
Rural Building Lot No. 1222 at Nos. 9 and 11 Mansfield Road was awarded to Active Pursuit, a subsidiary of Wharf Development, Boswell Holdings, Cheung Chung Kiu, Chan Hoi Wan and Lau Luen Hung, Thomas.
It has a site area of about 5,067 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.
The site’s minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 8,081 sq m and 13,468 sq m.
The maximum gross floor area is subject to special condition in the Conditions of Sale.
