US Markets End The Week On Upbeat Note

Stocks closed broadly higher on Wall Street on Friday, closing out another solid week of gains for the market.
Health care and energy companies pulled the market higher.
Traders were encouraged by a report from the Labor Department showing that US employers ramped up hiring last month following meagre job additions in February.
The unemployment rate remained near a 50-year low of 3.8 percent.
The S&P 500 rose 0.5 percent to 2,892. The index rose 2.1 percent this week.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.2 percent to 26,425. The Nasdaq rose 0.6 percent to 7,938. (AP)
