Xiaomi Eyes Hong Kong Listing Next Month: Report

Mainland smartphone maker, Xiaomi, is reportedly going to sell shares to Hong Kong investors for the first time next month in an initial public offering.
The Economic Times reported the company will be ready to submit its listing application to local regulators early next month after regulators published final rules on a new share structure regime.
Xiaomi, estimated to worth around US$70 billion, is expected to be the first tech float under the new weighted voting rights structure.
It's not clear at this stage how much the phone maker is planning to raise.
